1) I acknowledge that the content, courses, and programs from Ginger Kern/Global Mindset LLC include general guidance in the realms of Feminine Arts and are not intended to replace professional therapy, medical care/services, or psychiatric treatment of any kind. I am freely choosing to partake in the content, courses, and programs for my own personal and professional development. I take full responsibility for my own well-being, for my decisions, and actions throughout the duration of my engagement with the content, courses, and programs created by Ginger Kern.
2) I understand that the content, courses, and programs do not promise results of any kind, and I agree to take full responsibility for my personal experiences during and after engaging with the content, courses, and programs. I agree to not partake in any form of blame, libel, prosecution, legal action, or retaliation if my personal expectations for the content, courses, or programs go unmet. I will not spread rumors, partake in slander, defamation, or use malicious or destructive language about Ginger Kern and/or her content, courses, and programs. This includes expressions of both public and private nature.
3) I understand the nonlinear nature of the content, courses, and programs housed on Thinkific under Ginger Kern/Mythic Feminine/Global Mindset LLC. Even if I resonate with the content, courses, and programs, I agree not to share, copy, or reproduce, the content, courses, and programs in ANY way without explicit, WRITTEN permission from Ginger Kern directly. I understand that sharing the content, courses, or programs may lead to unintentional misappropriation and/or dilution. I agree to preserve the sanctity and integrity of the content, courses, and programs by not sharing them with anyone, by any means (including disclosure of program materials, duplicating content, spoken or electronic means of divulging information, sharing private chat transmissions/reflections, etc.), outside of the designated community/group teaching spaces that may be leveraged in conjunction with the content, courses, and programs, UNLESS given explicit, WRITTEN permission from Ginger Kern. I agree to credit Ginger Kern and her content, courses, programs, and services when sharing with permission.
4) I am enrolling in this platform and enrolling into access to the content, courses, and programs of my own sovereign choice. I understand and agree to respect that Ginger Kern/Global Mindset LLC does not have a refund policy. I will not pursue a refund for my investment, even if I feel my personal expectations have gone unmet. I make my investment freely, with full awareness of this condition. I understand that I may terminate this agreement at any time, however no refunds will be provided for any reason.
